JACKSONVILLE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--FIS™ (NYSE:FIS), a global leader in financial services technology, today announced the pricing of its sale of $750 million in aggregate principal amount of 2.250% Senior Notes due 2021, $1,250 million in aggregate principal amount of 3.000% Senior Notes due 2026 and $500 million in aggregate principal amount of 4.500% Senior Notes due 2046 (collectively, the “Senior Notes”). FIS intends to use the net proceeds from this offering to repay the approximately $2.2 billion principal amount outstanding on its revolving credit facility (together with accrued interest thereon), with the remaining proceeds to be used for general corporate purposes.
