New Dinner Menu Additions At Avocado Grill Are Inspired By World Cuisine

8/1/16

Chef Julien Gremaud selected some of his favorite entrees from around the world when he designed the new dinner menu at Avocado Grill. In addition to celebrating the fresh, ocean inspired tastes of South Florida, Gremaud incorporated some true global inspirations into the summer menu.

Avocado Grill diners who enjoy a bit of spice with their sweet will love the new Shrimp Ceviche. Featuring avocado, toasted pecans, strawberries, lime, red onion, cilantro and aji amarillo, the Shrimp Ceviche will soon be a fan favorite.

Additional inspired entrees include Moroccan Chicken Tagine; Spicy Pork Tacos with lettuce, fruit salsa, and salsa verde; Zucchini Tempura Tacos with baby heirloom tomatoes, goat cheese, pesto and tomato jam; a Crab Cake Slider with guacamole and tartar sauce; the Crispy Green Tomato Salad with avocado, sweet corn, watermelon, goat cheese, and yogurt basil dressing; Caribbean Seafood Paella with mahi, salmon, shrimp, mussels, edamame and bomba coconut rice; and All Natural Chicken Breast with cheddar grits, brussel sprouts and madeira sauce.

“So many South Floridian diners hail from other parts of the world and can appreciate a menu filled with Spanish, Mexican, Southern and South American influences,” Gremaud said. “Our new menu additions recognize the many cultures represented here in our area.”

Not to be left out are the Imported Cheese Board or the Large Mixed Vegetable Board, which will satisfy all.

The dinner menu also boasts perennial favorites, the AG Avocado Salad with whole avocado, boursin cheese, dried figs, carmelized pecans, prosciutto and aged balsamic; Tuna Tartar with soy vinaigrette, avocado, yuzu, burnt scalllions, and compressed apple; and the always popular Seared Duck with corn puree, mushrooms, cauliflower, and madeira jus.

All the old favorites will be back (many with new preparations) such as Ginger Guacamole, Crispy Fish Tacos, Roasted Mushroom Empanada, Grilled Calamari, and Chopped Kale and Quinoa Salad to name a few.

Foodies with a sweet tooth will love indulging in the always delicious Nutella Avocado Mousse or Peanut Butter Chocolate Macadamia Brownie for dessert.
