Alyson Marks promoted to Director at Diamond Public Relations

Alyson Marks, a two-year veteran of Diamond Public Relations, has been named Director of Destinations, Group & Leisure at the travel-focused PR agency.

Hired as as a Senior Account Executive in 2014, Alyson has led a range of accounts including the island of Curaçao, Renaissance Tuscany Il Ciocco Resort & Spa, NYAH in Key West, Southbridge Hotel & Conference Center, French Leave Resort in Eleuthera and more.

“Whether an entire country or a boutique resort in the US, Alyson has proven she has the skills and expertise to lead any account team, and deservedly has been moved in to a role where she will be able to more effectively use that skillset on behalf of clients and to guide team members,” said Kara Rosner, vice president of Diamond PR.

Prior to joining Diamond Public Relations, Marks was a media manager with Myriad Travel Marketing in New York where she fine-tuned her skills handling destination accounts such as Kenya and Macau, and before that she worked on luxury travel accounts and individual resorts in an agency environment.
