Walter Little
Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Walter “Chet” Little has joined the firm’s Tampa office as partner. Mr. Little will practice on Bradley’s Real Estate and Banking teams.

Mr. Little focuses his practice on representing residential and commercial developers, financial institutions, funds and other real estate related owners and investors. He has broad experience in real and personal property interests intended as security for loans, as well as land bank transactions and multi-state financings involving complex transfer tax structures and computations. In addition, Mr. Little represents special asset and REO groups of banks and other finance institutions as it pertains to mortgage-backed and equity-backed workout settlements, note sales and foreclosure actions.
Mr. Little earned his J.D. and B.A. from the University of Florida. He is a member of the University of Florida’s Center for Real Estate Studies.
