CityPlace Doral, an attractive leisure destination offering a collection of memorable dining, shopping, wellness and entertainment experiences, is welcoming four new tenants: Heaven Mykonos, Carrot Express, Chico Malo, and Semper Laser. Both South Florida residents and visitors can enjoy the unique experiences that these new tenants will offer.

The new tenants are:
Heaven Mykonos: A contemporary Greek island-inspired dining concept focusing on the palates and picturesque ambiance of the Mediterranean in a lively and sexy lounge atmosphere, UMG Hospitality Group’s Heaven Mykonos is expected to open on Jan. 20, 2021. Located on the second floor of CityPlace Doral, the 5,266-square-foot restaurant boasts tapas, an extensive wine list, craft cocktails and entertainment; and evolves into a sexy late-night lounge setting.
Carrot Express: A fast casual food and beverage concept with a focus on health, Carrot Express presents a balance of delicious plus nutritious foods. The 2,250-square-foot restaurant, slated to open by mid-February 2021, boasts a creative and extensive menu based around natural, high quality ingredients within a fun, comfortable and relaxed environment.
Chico Malo: Estimated to open in winter 2021, Chico Malo is a Mexican gastronomy and lounge concept featuring award-winning dishes. This 8,274-square-foot restaurant was designed by Peter Bowden of PETERMAX Co, and features an agave-focused craft cocktail lounge, swanky dining room, and high-energy Tulum-inspired patio bar. This is Chico Malo’s second location beyond its Phoenix, Arizona flagship.
Semper Laser: Specializing exclusively in laser hair removal, Semper Laser brings its clients the newest technology, many laser units to decrease wait time, and exceptional service at the most affordable prices. Measuring 957 square feet, Semper Laser is expected to open March 21, 2021.
