What/Who: We all scream for ice cream! Gulfstream Park invites ice cream lovers to celebrate Free Cone Day on Tuesday, May 14 at Häagen-Dazs. From 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., the ice cream shop will offer all guests a free cone and guests will be able to choose from select flavors. In addition, Gulfstream Park will be hosting an afternoon of free entertainment at Champions Plaza featuring an interactive DJ, face painting, balloons, sing-alongs, and appearances by characters from Frozen. There will be Olaf Meet and Greets starting at 4:30 p.m., which will be followed by a character show at approximately 6:30 p.m.
Last year, Häagen-Dazs at Gulfstream Park served over 5,700 scoops and was the number one store in the country to participate in Free Cone Day. This year, the Gulfstream Park shop hopes to surpass that number by inviting customers to welcome summer with a sweet and refreshing treat. Adam Hanson, president of Häagen-Dazs, will be joining the fun at Gulfstream Park as well.
