(OTC: WCOR), a technology company that leverages its Life Sensing Technology to promote wellness worldwide using its Helo branded wearable devices, today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 (“S-1”) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) relating to a proposed public offering of shares of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. World Technology has applied to list its common stock on the NASDAQ Capital Market in connection with the proposed offering. Dawson James Securities, Inc. will act as the sole book-running manager for the proposed offering.
