The National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Broward/Palm Beach Chapter will install its 2018/2019 President, Inez Romaguera, CEO of Strategic Benefits, on Thursday, June 14 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Marriott Fort Lauderdale North, 6650 N. Andrews Avenue. This will be the chapter’s 35th installation.
Tickets are $50 per person to include cocktails and networking, followed by a sit-down dinner. The event is open to the public.
Romaguera is an employee benefits insurance broker with over 22 years of experience in the industry. She founded Strategic Benefits in 2008, in the midst of Healthcare Reform, because she saw there would be a great need for assistance with the complexities of the Affordable Care Act. Romaguera provides guidance and compliance assistance for diverse companies in regards to their employee benefits needs in such industries as legal, technology, hospitality, marine, manufacturing and retail. Strategic Benefits handles the negotiations of the insurance products, plan reviews, enrollments and all the customer service post implementation. Strategic Benefits also offers Wellness Educational programs and Health Fairs as well as ongoing support throughout their policy year.
