WHAT: The theme of the 2018 Future Leaders Student Success Conference is Igniting the Drive for Success: Motivate, Educate, Empower. A key component of Broward College’s Minority Male Initiative, the conference encourages student engagement, either through audience participation or as collaborators, and is an impactful learning experience, designed to motivate, educate, and empower high school and college minority male learners in the South Florida community.
