Peter Cottontail will be hopping down the bunny trail to BRIO Tuscan Grille at The Gardens Mall, where kids and adults alike will enjoy a fabulous Bunny Brunch. BRIO will celebrate springtime with arts and crafts for kids, a photo opportunity with Peter Cottontail himself (don’t forget a camera!), a takeaway gift for each child from Peter Cottontail, and of course, a delicious brunch!
The “egg-cellent” adult menu includes:
Scrambled Eggs*, Home Fries & Bacon: Three farm fresh scrambled eggs with brunch potatoes and bacon
Berries and Cream French Toast: Honey, cinnamon, sweet cream cheese and fresh berry compote; served with Applewood smoked bacon
Sicilian Omelet: Cherrywood smoked ham, bacon, sausage, caramelized onions, tomato compote, Mozzarella, Provolone, Parmesan and brunch potatoes
Ham and Biscuit Benedict: Poached cage-free eggs, Cherrywood smoked ham, housemade biscuit, grilled asparagus, hollandaise and brunch potatoes
Delightful “egg-staordinary” children's selections include:
Kid's French Toast withmaple syrup and fresh fruit
Kid's Scrambled Eggs* served with bacon and fruit
Meals come with a choice of coffee, tea, soda, milk or juice. Served with assorted muffins and yogurt granola parfait.
