iFLY Fort Lauderdale Indoor Skydiving kicked off its first birthday celebration with an evening of high-flying, family-friendly fun. Dozens of people enjoyed a live DJ, passed hors d’oeuvres catered by Roho Kitchen, refreshments, a photo booth and special pricing on flights.
The Fort Lauderdale location at 11690 West State Road 84 in Davie, FL 33325 is the 27th iFLY facility to open in the U.S. Since 1998, more than eight million customers worldwide have experienced human flight at iFLY in a variety of ways: as a fun excursion with family and friends, a student on an educational Science, Technology and Math (S.T.E.M.) field trip, those with challenging physical or cognitive abilities, a professional skydiver or member of the military for training, and a corporate customer looking for a unique team building activity.
