Free Outdoor Monthly Concert Featuring Anibal Berraute on Friday, July 28

7/18/17

What/Who:

The Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA), North Miami presents Anibal Berraute – Tango Fusion as part of its monthly “Jazz at MOCA” series. Argentinean piano player, composer, arranger and producer, Berraute fuses the Tango with elements of different musical forms to create a new vibrant harmonic approach.

The group’s repertoire includes rearranged Tangos, as well as Berraute’s original compositions. Several of these pieces are performed with improvisational sections that allow the individual musician to fuse other genres within the Tango. Through this improvisational approach, Berraute delivers an exciting experience that keeps an audience at the edge of their seats.

Gather your friends and family to enjoy the Tango Fusion of Anibal Berraute! The South Florida Cultural Consortium exhibition will be open by donation from 7-10 p.m. during Jazz at MOCA. The exhibition will be on display through August 6.
