Marti’s New River Bistro in the Huizenga Pavilion at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts provided a beautiful setting for the Broward Performing Arts Foundation’s recent Wine & Dine. Proceeds for the sold-out event benefitted education and enrichment programs at the Broward Center.
Guests enjoyed a five-course, wine-pairing dinner with wines from California’s Rodney Strong Vineyards. Enologist and winemaker Justin Seidenfeld provided the colorful commentary about the wines accompanying each course.
Established in Sonoma in 1959 by a retired ballet dancer, Rodney Strong Vineyards has earned the reputation for producing critically-acclaimed and best in class Sonoma County varietal wines. Rodney Strong Vineyards was named 2013 “American Winery of the Year” by Wine Enthusiast magazine.
Wine & Dine was made possible by Rodney Strong Vineyards, Southern Wine & Spirits of South Florida, Broward Center for the Performing Arts and Broward Performing Arts Foundation.
