Linda Terranova, Principal of Western Academy Charter School (WACS) in Royal Palm Beach is proud to announce that the new state ranking for schools just released by Governor Rick Scott has WACS ranked in the top 17 percent (up from top 20 percent) of all schools in the state of Florida. That three percent climb indicates that WACS is now above 98 additional schools than last year.
Western Academy Charter School students placed in the top four percent of all schools in the state for Math; top seven percent of all schools in the state for ELA (English, Language Arts); and in the top 28 percent of all schools in the state for Science. These new scores are based on the 2015-2016 FSA and FCAT testing.
