Raw Republic, Miami’s original “micro juicery” offering cold-pressed juices, smoothies, acai bowls, and vegan foods, celebrated the grand opening of its North Miami Beach store on Saturday, September 24. The public was invited to attend this open house where delicious menu items were sampled from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. An official ribbon cutting ceremony was led by North Miami Beach Mayor George Vallejo along with other elected officials and community leaders.
Cousins and native Miamians Zachary Stein, Jesse Gimelstein and Jordan Gimelstein have expanded their wildly successful Aventura location to a second store in North Miami Beach inside Biscayne Commons, with additional locations in the pipeline. Embracing a healthy lifestyle, the cousins created this concept to share their love of Raw Foodism with the local community. Everything is raw, healthy and delicious and each item packs a nutritional punch that keeps customers coming back for more.
