Doral and Medley City Mayors helped inaugurate new Galloway Banking Center with Ceremonial Ribbon Cutting
On July 26, Mercantil Commercebank, one of the largest banks headquartered Florida with 8.3 billion in assets, celebrated the grand opening of its new Galloway Banking Center with a ribbon cutting ceremony. With this site, the Bank has a total of 16 convenient locations throughout South Florida, along with one in New York and seven in Houston.
To help inaugurate the new expanded, Alberto Peraza, President and COO of Mercantil Commercebank; Alvaro Sandino, Vice President of Branch Sales and Service Manager of Galloway banking center; and Luigi Boria, Mayor of the City of Doral all spoke briefly about the financial institution’s growth and success in the city of Doral.

The new Galloway banking center is located at 2500 NW 87th Ave., and is being headed by Vice President, Branch Sales and Service Manager, Alvaro Sandino. Sandino brings more than 25yearsof banking experience and is dedicated to managing the Bank’s portfolio of financial products.
The Galloway banking center was previously located from much smaller facilities at 8726 NW 26th St. in Doral. The new full-service banking center provides personal and business banking customers products and services designed to meet their financial needs and conveniences such as two drive-thru lanes, 24/7 access to an ATM, safe deposit boxes and ample lobby space and parking. Additionally, upstairs the facility houses a team of commercial lenders, which soon will be joined by Private Banking and Investment services professionals.
