Claudio Hidalgo is President at Sprint- for the Florida, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands Region.  Prior to joining Sprint, Hidalgo was Chief Operating Officer for Caribe and Central America for Digicel Group. Before that he had been with NII Holdings, Inc. in positions that included chief operating officer of Nextel Brazil and Chief Executive Officer of Nextel Chile. Claudio was responsible for leading the company’s operations, providing strategic guidance and identifying and capturing growth opportunities.    Sprint (NYSE: S) is a communications services company that creates more and better ways to connect its customers to the things they care about most. Sprint served more than 58.4 million connections as of December 31, 2015 and is widely recognized for developing, engineering and deploying innovative technologies, including the first wireless 4G service from a national carrier in the United States; leading no-contract brands including Virgin Mobile USA, Boost Mobile, and Assurance Wireless; instant national and international push-to-talk capabilities; and a global Tier 1 Internet backbone. Sprint has been named to the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) North America for the past five years.   

Larry Quinlan is a principal at Deloitte LLP. He serves as Global Chief Information Officer (CIO) and sits on Deloitte’s U.S. Executive and Global Operating Committees. As CIO, Quinlan chairs the Global CIO Council and has responsibility for all facets of technology including strategy, applications, infrastructure, support, and execution. Quinlan spends significant time working with major clients discussing technology strategy, trends, and leadership.  He has been with Deloitte since 1988 and has served in a variety of leadership roles including National Managing Principal for Process Excellence, leading the enterprise-wide effort to increase margins and effectiveness using the Lean Six Sigma methodology.   Quinlan holds an MBA from Baruch College, City University of New York and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of the West Indies.  He has been widely quoted in major publications including Forbes, The Wall Street Journal and InformationWeek and has spoken at major industry events. Additionally, he has been honored by institutions and publications including STEMconnector’s 100 Diverse Corporate Leaders in STEM, the Nashville Business Journal (2014 CIO Award), American Foundation for the University of The West Indies (Vice Chancellor’s Award), CARAH (Outstanding Corporate Contribution to Corporate America), and CIO Magazine (2012 CIO 100 Award). Quinlan serves on the boards of NPower, the Executive Leadership Foundation, and the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NY).   

Kevin Gillen is the Head of Retail Strategy and Solutions for TD Bank. In this role, he leads the collaboration with and among product groups, retail banking leaders, and key support areas to develop a comprehensive strategy for delivering sales and service via the retail network.  Prior to this role, Kevin was the Regional President for TD Bank's Florida market, overseeing all retail, consumer, commercial lending, government banking, and cash management operations throughout the state of Florida. With extensive experience leading in multiple markets, Kevin’s former roles include roles Market President for Metro D.C. and Market Manager for a comprised of portions of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.   Kevin has more than 32 years of banking experience. Prior to joining the bank, he was a member of Summit Bank’s senior leadership team for 19 years, where he worked in various capacities, including Regional President for the bank’s New Jersey units. Involvement in the communities he represents has always been important to Kevin. He currently serves as a Board Member of Enterprise Florida, a position appointed by the Governor of Florida. He is also active in The Broward Workshop and the Florida Bankers Association. He served in numerous New Jersey based community organizations before moving to Virginia, including Chairman of the Board for the Gateway Chamber of Commerce and as a Board Member for the Northern Virginia Community Foundation, Greater Washington Board of Trade and Northern Virginia Family Services.  Kevin is a graduate of Lycoming College.
              
Raul Leal, CEO - leads Virgin Hotels and is responsible for the company’s overall expansion, customer experience and culture. In a career that spans 30 years, Raul has held top management positions for Interstate Hotels, Lane Hotels and the Continental companies and is one of the few hospitality industry executives that understand both the lifestyle and branded hotels segments. In between 1996 and 2010, Raul was President and Partner at Tecton Hospitality which owned and operated over 35 full branded hotels and was named a “Preferred Hotel Management Company” by most of the major brands. In 2002 he launched Desires Hotels, a management company focused on the growing lifestyle hotel segment. Desires Hotels had 20 award winning modern boutique hotels located in urban and resort locations domestically and internationally. Desires Hotels was named “Best Management Company of the Year” by Lodging Hospitality in 2008 and consistently achieved high levels of REVPAR and profitability as well as social media rankings and owner satisfaction.  Raul also serves on the Boards for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Cornell University.
