Colliers Florida announced today that Jonathan Rosen has joined the firm as a Director – Retail Services in South Florida. In this role, Jonathan aligns his practice alongside Colliers’ market-leading retail team including Jonathan Carter, Dave Preston, Alan Esquenazi, Sabrina Stimming, Nikki Traff, Boris Kozolchyk, and others to continue Rosen’s work in leasing retail space for both landlord and tenant clients.

Jonathan has represented a number of notable tenant and landlord clients throughout South Florida, including Teriyaki Madness, OneMain Financial, Sprint, Raising Canes, Montce Swim, Elevate Partners, Magna Hospitality, citizenM Hotels, CGI Merchant Group, and more.

Prior to Colliers, Jonathan most recently held the position of Senior Associate with JLL South Florida’s retail services practice. He began his real estate career in a property management role with Colliers.

Jonathan founded the popular networking group FORE (Future of Real Estate), has over 250 members ages 21-40 in the commercial real estate industry, and was the youngest retail broker to receive the CoStar Power Broker award in 2018. Most recently, Jonathan won the 2020 Connect CRE Next Gen Award, which recognizes 90 individuals across the United States who are likely to be influential in the commercial real estate industry for years to come. He served as Co-Chairman of Tomorrow's Leaders for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and has held numerous fundraisers for the Habitat for Humanity and for the victims of the Stoneman Douglas tragedy. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology from Florida State University.
