Cabrera has nearly 30 years of construction experience in the real estate field. His substantial experience includes site development and redevelopment of industrial, manufacturing, automobile dealerships, colleges, SCIFs, medical, retail, restaurants, and office spaces. Few agents possess his level of knowledge of commercial buildings and land development. As a second-generation general contractor, Cabrera works hand in hand with developers and commercial real estate brokers, creating budgets for design-build new construction, tenant improvements and proformas necessary for real estate development. A proud Brevard County native, Cabrera brings his hometown pride into his work with his in-depth area knowledge and community involvement.
