NAI Miami Represents $2,500,000 Sale of Doral Office Building

Edward Schmidt, CCIM and Timothy Merriman, Jr of NAI Miami, a member of the world’s premier managed network of commercial real estate firms, announced today that it represented Rolando and Patricia Suarez in the sale of 8400 NW 30th Terrace, Doral, FL, a 9,567 square foot office building to Golden Trust Holdings, LLC for $2,500,000.

“The property has top of the line finishes and ideal for a corporate headquarters which is the intention of the buyer. You’d be hard to find a more strategically located building in Doral”, said Timothy Merriman, Jr. “This sale is the latest of several recent major transactions NAI Miami has represented in Doral.” Stated Ed Schmidt, Co-Chairman.

The office building was completely renovated in 2004 with top-of-the-line finishes. The buyer intends to use the property as its headquarters.
