Crystal Kids is a premier educational facility specializing in children facing developmental challenges such as Autism Spectrum Disorder.
“Crystal Kids is a needed resource with caring personnel and a commitment to help children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental challenges”, said Schmidt “This lease is the latest of several recent lease transactions we’ve represented in the Miami area, demonstrating an increase in demand for commercial space”.
The Property is a free-standing building consisting of 4,205 square feet on 17,340 square feet of land.
