KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING, one of the residential property management industry’s premier companies, opened 2021 by promoting four instrumental executives as new partners. KWPMC’s Suzette Diaz, Zuly Maribona, Bruce Masia and Alex Martin earned the promotions.
The company, co-founded in 2004 by Paul Kaplan and Robert White, now has a total of 12 partners, with equal parts male and female partners.
“We are elated to announce these four individuals as new partners,” Kaplan and White said. “They were a major reason why we continued to grow in 2020 amid unprecedented challenges. All are extremely deserving of this promotion and will further strengthen the partnership group.”
Diaz, KWPMC’s Director of Human Resources, has been with the company since 2007. She oversees KWPMC’s recruiting, hiring and benefits. The company has more than 1,750 employees and is continuing to add talent in all markets it operates in.
Maribona joined the company in 2008 as a Community Association Manager and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2019. She heads up KWPMC’s Bonita Springs-based office, which covers Collier, Lee and Hendry counties. Maribona has been a catalyst for the company’s significant growth in Southwest and Central Florida.
Masia, KWPMC’s Vice President for the Southeast Region, started with the company in 2009 following 12 years as Vice President of Operations for one of South Florida’s largest independent homebuilders. He leads a team of nine district managers and a workforce of more than 400 employees, developing and running education programs for the continued development of key community personnel.
Martin, a Miami-based Vice President, has successfully leveraged his vast experience in the luxury hospitality sector for KWPMC’s benefit since joining the company five years ago. He oversees district, property and general managers and works with developers and association board members on the strategic direction of KWPMC’s properties.
