Valerie Dall’Acqua and Lisa Napolitano Maintain Market Dominance of the Coveted Barrier Island

Valerie Dall’Acqua and Lisa Napolitano, of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s Downtown Sarasota and Venice offices, have closed the highest sale on Casey Key year-to-date at $6,800,000. They represented the buyer. Located at 2613 Casey Key Road, the almost 5,000-square-foot, colonial Caribbean-style residence is situated on 1.6 private acres. A true Gulf-to-Bay property, it resides on 174 feet on Blackburn Bay as well as 164 feet on the Gulf of Mexico, with unobstructed-panoramic views of both bodies of water. Unique amenities of the estate included a tennis court overlooking the bay, a private boat house, dock and lift, and luxuriant rolling verdure leading to the beach.

In 2020 this dynamic duo has sold over $35 million in sales volume; Dall’Acqua and Napolitano represented both the buyer and seller on three transactions: a $4.1 million residence at 1906 Casey Key Road; the $2.285 million home at 508 South Casey Key Road; and the $1.55 million home at 2712 Casey Key Road. The first week of December alone, this team has closed a total of $12.225 million in sales, with 2 sales of $6,800,00 and $3,750,000 on Casey Key, and $1,675,000 in The Oaks Club, Osprey.

This team has participated in several other noteworthy sales on Casey Key this year: the $2.3 million sale of 513 Casey Key Road; the $1.975 million estate at 3298 Casey Key Road; a residence at 3727 Sandspur Lane that closed for $1.25 million; 12 N. Casey Key at $1,050,00; and 3804 Cutlass Bayou at $860,000.

“This year, we are seeing Casey Key become more and more attractive to the sophisticated buyer,” said Lisa Napolitano and Valerie Dall’Acqua. “As recent sales data indicates, there is a strong demand for luxury real estate in general, and a heightened interest in this small barrier island just south of Sarasota.
