Fisher Auction Company and HREC Investment Advisors Manage Sale of Crowne Plaza Orlando Universal Hotel

Fisher Auction Company and HREC Investment Advisors will manage the sale of the Crowne Plaza Orlando Universal Hotel near Universal Studios. The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida, Orlando Division, authorized the sale December 1st, 2020.

The 14-story hotel, which was built in 2002 and includes 400 guestrooms and suites, features an array of amenities, including a resort-style pool, fitness center, two restaurants, and offers more than 10,000 sq. feet of meeting and event space. The hotel is in close proximity to Interstate 4, Florida’s Turnpike and the 528 Expressway, and is just minutes from Universal Studios Orlando, Walt Disney World and many other Orlando attractions.
