Vercetti Enterprises is Set to Break Ground on Classroom Addition to Fairlawn Elementary in Miami, Florida

12/17/20

Vercetti Enterprises, a steadily rising South Florida general contractor, is set to break ground on several projects throughout South Florida this quarter including a ground-up classroom addition and cafeteria air handler unit replacement at Fairlawn Elementary School.

“This year has undoubtedly come with its fair share of difficulties and has challenged our companies’ culture. However, as we turn the corner, we believe that the Fairlawn Elementary School project is a great way to turn the page and begin a partnership with Miami Dade County Public Schools. This is a great chance to show case the quality and proactive approach our team demonstrates on each project. With this project we have expanded our team by adding an experienced and proven project manager who will assist in spearheading the expansion of our Educational Division.” - Danny Vercetti, president of Vercetti Enterprises.

The new two-story addition to Fairlawn Elementary School will be adjacent to the West parking lot and will provide two additional classrooms connected to existing walkways. Each classroom will include the most up-to-date educational equipment such as Instructor’s Technology Centers, Bluetooth speakers, combination marker/tack boards, and digital projector & white board. The cafeteria will have the existing split air conditioning systems replaced with all new Trane 11.2 EER units. The project is slated to be completed Summer 2021.
