Ryan Nee is First Vice President and District Manager of Marcus & Millichap’s Florida offices. In his role, Ryan leads five offices and over 200 investment sales agents.

Nee joined Marcus & Millichap in February 2007 under the Sales Intern Program and became an agent in the Fort Lauderdale office in October 2007 specializing in office and industrial property investments. He was a member of the National Office and Industrial Division. Ryan was promoted to Senior Associate in 2010.

In October 2011,Nee joined the management team as Sales Manager of the Fort Lauderdale office. He transferred to the Manhattan office in June 2012 to serve as Sales Manager and the following year he was appointed to Regional Manager of the New Jersey office. In 2014, Ryan returned to Florida upon his appointment as Regional Manager of Fort Lauderdale. He was promoted to Vice President in 2015, and First Vice President and District Manager in 2019.

Nee holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Florida.
