Nason Yeager Gerson Harris & Fumero, P.A., a full-service business law firm, announced that Charles R.L. White has joined the firm as partner.

Mr. White has practiced law in South Florida since 1976 and developed a successful practice that includes the law of wills, trusts, estate planning and administration, and elder care; real property law and title insurance; general business and entity law; and litigation.

“Charlie is an excellent addition to our firm, which continues to steadily grow even through the pandemic,” said Managing Partner Gary Gerson. “His length of experience in the local market and personal commitment to his clients brings a strong level of talent to our team.”

Mr. White’s many representative clients have included Burt Reynold’s Dinner Theatre, Palm Beach – Martin County Medical Center, Inc. (now the Jupiter Medical Center), Burt Reynold’s Institute For Theatre Training, Inc., Palm Beach County Cultural Council, Inc., Caldwell Theatre, Inc. of Boca Raton, families and various businesses and restaurants.

He received both his undergraduate and law degrees from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to moving to Jupiter, Florida, Mr. White practiced law in New York City for 11 years. Before attending UNC, he served for four years in the United States Air Force and attended college with assistance of the Korean War G.I. Bill.
