Kelley Kronenberg, a multi-practice business law firm, announces the addition of Anne Skinner. Skinner joins the firm as Conflict Check Managing Attorney, managing the firm’s conflict check department.

As Kelley Kronenberg continues to grow, and expand into new business and practice areas, Skinner works diligently to ensure that the firm remains compliant with all applicable bar, industry, and client requirements. Additionally, in collaboration with firm leadership, Skinner develops, implements, and manages effective compliance strategies and procedures which enable firm attorneys to more efficiently accept new cases, clients, and matters offered to Kelley Kronenberg. Skinner also serves as the firm’s Bar point of contact across the U.S., to ensure firm contracts and practices remain fully compliant with existing regulations and bar requirements.
