National multifamily developer completes successful disposition of 288-unit apartment community in Central Florida suburb of Winter Park
The RADCO Companies (RADCO), one of the nation’s leading opportunistic real estate developers, announced the sale of Lakeside at Winter Park, a 288-unit apartment community located at 3935 Sutton Place Boulevard in Winter Park, Florida.
A Newmark Knight Frank group comprised of Senior Managing Director Scott Ramey, Vice Chairman Patrick Dufour, and Associate Brad Downing represented RADCO in the disposition. The buyer was represented by Mitch Clarefield, Joshua Braceros, Matt Williams, and Kyle Schlitt of the Newmark Knight Frank Debt & Structured Finance group in arranging the financing for the acquisition.
