Planet Fitness’s new North Miami location is near Johnson & Wales University and retailers including Publix, Whole Foods and Home Depot. The North Miami club is slated to open in early December 2020.

The new facility will occupy 16,300 sq. feet of space and offer state of the art cardio machines and strength equipment, a 30-Minute Express Circuit, rowing machines, fully equipped locker rooms with day lockers and showers, HydroMassage loungers, massage chairs*, tanning booths, Total Body Enhancement booths, and more. The new facility will be open and staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week (temporary hours may apply in accordance with local curfew restrictions).

• Touchless check-in (simply download the free Planet Fitness mobile app to scan in at the front desk)
• A crowd meter on the Planet Fitness mobile app that allows members to check the club capacity in real-time before leaving the house
• Increased sanitization every 20 minutes to continually clean and sanitize high-touch areas
• Social Fitnessing™ in which some cardio machines and equipment are marked out of use so members have ample space and separation for physical distancing
• Employees receiving daily temperature checks and personal protective equipment, including having to wear a mask at all times
