Fort Lauderdale-based Freedland Harwin Valori, PL (FHV) founding partners Michael Freedland, Esq., and DanielHarwin, Esq. are pleased to welcome Allison Handler Maldari to the consumer justice law firm as an associate attorney.

Maldari focuses her practice on representing plaintiffs and their families in medical malpractice, birth injury, and nursing home negligence cases.

Prior to joining FHV, she practiced law in Virginia, where she represented victims of medical malpractice including stillbirth, pediatric and birth injury, as well as hospital and surgical negligence. She is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Her admission to The Florida Bar is pending.

Maldari is a member of the American Association for Justice, and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.

She graduated with her J.D. from William & Mary Law School in Williamsburg, Virginia; and earned her bachelor’s degree in politics from Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio. While in law school, Maldari served as executive editor of the William & Mary Journal of Women and the Law, and as a Fellow with the National Center for State Courts.
