In the first transaction, Aspen Group, Inc. entered into a $12,309,750 At-the-Market offering with Canaccord Genuity LLC as underwriter, which offering permits Aspen Group, Inc. to sell shares of its common stock from time-to-time at prevailing prices on the Nasdaq Global Market.
In the second transaction, Cocrystal Pharma, Inc. sold approximately $17.244 million of common stock in an underwritten offering under Cocrystal’s existing shelf registration statement. H.C. Wainwright & Co. acted as the underwriter.
