With this promotion, Scott has become the youngest FVPI in the history of the Orlando Office.

Scott Gould is an investment sales dynamo, specializing in advising owners across a variety of single tenant net lease asset types, including: automotive/collision repair, equipment rental/light industrial, medical office, and retail. He is a Director of the National Office and Industrial Properties Division and holds the firm’s prestigious Sales Recognition Award for 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020. Scott manages a team of five agents and touts a track record of nearly 100 Closings worth over $195 million, with over half a billion dollars in advisory work.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Scott headed up the sales department of Wilcox Steel, where he identified market potential and created new business opportunities for the company’s cold drawn steel bar products. He earned his MBA from Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business in Winter Park, Florida. Scott has held a seat on Merrill Lynch’s NextGen Client Advisory Board.
