PulteGroup Acquires Two Development Sites on Florida’s Treasure Coast

PulteGroup announced it has closed on two separate development sites in Martin County.

On September 1, Pulte acquired a 13-acre parcel in Stuart. After working with residents and city leaders, the award-winning national builder finalized a plan to develop 80 affordably priced townhomes under the Pulte Homes brand. Prices at Ocean Cove will start from the low $300s.

The community is located just minutes from downtown Stuart, which is known for its quaint, coastal atmosphere and has earned the prestigious “America’s Happiest Seaside Town” award by Coastal Magazine and named “#3 Must Visit Small Town” by Smithsonian Magazine. Ocean Cove is within walking distance of the Fresh Market and several local restaurants and is one block away from the Evans Crary Bridge which provides easy access to Seawall’s Point & Hutchinson Island.

PulteGroup also acquired 215 acres in southern Martin County adjacent to the Palm Beach County line for a new high-end single-family home community called Bridgewater, which will be developed under the builder’s luxury-home brand, DiVosta. In total, this community with a Jupiter, Florida address will consist of 107 estate homes, ranging from 1 to 5 acres in size.

DiVosta will offer new floorplans that will be released for sale in early 2021. In addition, DiVosta will have a custom-lot sale program for buyers who want to purchase a lot and build custom homes with local builders. Homes will transact in the $1 million-plus range.

Bridgewater is located off Island Way, which runs north of Indiantown Road near the Village of Tequesta.

Pulte Homes and DiVosta will soon start taking reservations for their respective communities.

In Southeast Florida, PulteGroup builds under the Pulte Homes, Pulte Active Adult, DiVosta and Del Webb brands.
