He has tried more than 75 jury and non-jury cases before state and federal courts and has tried cases in 28 counties in Florida. Throughout his distinguished career as a litigator, Davidson has represented and won cases for giants such as Burger King in its ad wars against McDonald’s, and the estate of Pablo Picasso.

Andrea DeField, an associate in the Miami office since 2015, is being honored as an attorney On the Rise. As part of the firm’s Insurance practice group, DeField finds risk management, risk transfer, and insurance recovery solutions for public and private companies.
