For Managing Directors Scott Maesel and Ashley Bloom, the expansion of SVN’s Boca Raton operations is a true homecoming with their roots in the area that go back more than 40 years. With a dedicated team of seven advisors since its inception and actively recruiting, SVN Commercial Partners is poised for major growth, especially with leaders at the helm who have been with SVN for over a decade and been involved with development which caters to markets like South Florida. The managing directors of the Boca Raton office ownership interest includes Southwest Florida (Sarasota and Port Charlotte) as well as long established offices in Chicago and Denver which encompasses over 100 advisors nationwide.
In Jupiter, SVN veterans Rob Hamman and David Kendall, with over $200 million in production, formerly under SVN Florida, have affiliated with SVN Commercial Partners to enhance and unify the brands coverage in both the northern and southern portions of Palm Beach County.
The expansion of the firm’s Florida footprint comes on the heels of one of the firm’s greatest and most significant deals in the state this year. Last month, SVN closed a deal for LTC Ranch, a 2,055-acre parcel of land in Port St. Lucie, for $30 million for 4,000 unites ($7,500 per unit). The sale of the property was managed by SVN Managing Director Ashley Bloom.
“As we see the trend of investor migration move further into South Florida with even greater vigor and frequency, coupled with our decades-long experience in the local market, our expansion is coming at the precise time as we prepare to embrace for a surge in business while providing our clients with a level of service that can’t be found elsewhere,” added Bloom.
In addition, SVN Commercial Partners (Jupiter) Rob Hamman and Dave Kendall have secured some tremendous wins for the firm in northern Palm Beach County. There was the off-market sale of Waterway Café in Palm Beach Gardens, the 8.9± acre waterfront parcel located across the intracoastal waterway, for $12,500,000. The Jupiter team has also become the exclusive leasing agent for Jupiter Harbourside Place, a mixed-use complex with 365,252± SF comprising office space and ground floor retail, plus the exclusive 4-diamond Wyndham Grand Jupiter Hotel.
