The buyer, an individual/personal trust, was secured and represented by Gus Bergamini of The Keyes Company.

As stay-at-home orders were lifted, Jefferson Square’s occupancy rose to 100% as tenants were drawn to single story office assets with amenities, such as individual suite access, conducive to navigating the health pandemic while operating a business. We leveraged these selling points to preserve value for our seller and provide a vision for growth to the buyer during a challenging time. ” said Sousa.
