The Keyes team has already generated several sales since taking over in May, leaving only a few homes left for the completed Phase I of the project – Neovita Doral

The Keyes Company is the new exclusive sales representative for the luxury residential project Neovita & Vesta at Neovita Doral. The firm is marketing the boutique gated community on behalf of Alta Developers. Carlos Villanueva and Elizabeth Santurio of Keyes are leading the project’s sales efforts, and Carmen Colmenares is sales manager.
Centrally located in the heart of Doral at 6833 NW 103rd Place, Neovita & Vesta at Neovita Doral feature an exclusive collection of 80 high-end single family residences nestled around four lush cul-de-sacs. The private gated community is equipped with a resort-style clubhouse and close proximity to top-rated schools and major places of interest. Moreover, the single-family residences range from 3 to 5 bedrooms and 3.5 to 5 bathrooms, with additional lofts and media room substitution options available.
Alta Developers, led by Principal and CEO Raimundo Onetto, expects to begin delivering the first of 33 pre-construction residences that makeup the project’s second phase, Vesta at Neovita Doral, in the first quarter of 2021. PPK & Associates is the architecture firm behind the modern residences.
“The project was created with exclusivity in mind - a vision focused on a suburban lifestyle in a tranquil boutique setting close to everything,” Onetto said. “Vesta at Neovita Doral will complete the project with custom-built two-story residences that provide each buyer the option to tailor their home to their liking.”
Alta Developers has a vast portfolio of South Florida projects including 900 Biscayne, EON Flagler Village, Le Parc at Brickell, Metropolis at Dadeland, One Paraiso, Pacifica Boynton Beach, Quadro at Miami Design District, and Quantum on the Bay, among others.
Since the Keyes team began in May, it has generated over 25 contracts. Townhomes start around $410,500 for the three-bedroom, three-bathroom units to $460,500 for the four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom units. Single-family residences start at $599,900 and run all the way up to over $800,000. Additionally, the second phase - Vesta at Neovita Doral - will allow buyers to customize their dream home with multiple floor plan options both upstairs and downstairs.
These new homes also have available upgrade packages. The boutique community was developed in a particular fashion around four, beautifully-landscaped cul-de-sacs that give residents a true sense of exclusivity and privacy with only 80 residences in total.
“We are thrilled to partner with a forward-thinking developer like Alta Developers,” said Villanueva. “Demand from potential buyers has been strong, which is not surprising given the quality of the product and unbeatable location. Doral’s appeal as a residential destination with incredible access to employment and entertainment is well-established.”
“Interest in Neovita Doral is coming from local, as well as out-of-town, buyers,” according to Santurio. Condominium residents in Brickell and downtown Miami are seeking more space and backyards with pools. The Keyes team has also received inquiries from the Northeast, California, Texas and Latin America.
“We applaud Carlos, Elizabeth and Carmen for securing this prestigious development sales assignment,” said Keyes President and CEO Mike Pappas. “The sales campaign for this highly desirable project will undoubtedly thrive as the team utilizes our firm’s unparalleled marketing and technology.”
