Moss has also pumped over 70 million gallons of water to-date through a de-watering system that pumps approximately 700 gallons of water per minute.The tower crane was recently erected onsite and the building’s first elevated deck will be underway in the next two weeks.
With a coveted location in Miami Beach’s MiMo District, Monaco Yacht Club & Residences is slated to top out at 168feet in height. The property is on schedule for completion in third quarter2021.
