CBRE, Inc. Senior Associate Jake Zebede and Senior Vice Presidents Tom O’Loughlin and Larry Genet negotiated the sale of a 55,974-square-foot property for $4,900,000 located at 7450 NW 74th Ave in Medley, Florida.

An existing client of the brokerage team purchased the property with financial backing from Central America. No other brokerage firm was involved in the transaction.

The deal closed June 11.

“This is the fifth successful property sale for our team during the Covid-19 Pandemic,” commented Zebede. “Sellers still want to sell, and Buyers still want to buy. The key is total transparency and fair compensation for adjusted risk.”

The 1973-built facility, which is situated on ±2.64 acres, features five buildings in total.

The property is located within the Airport North industrial submarket, which has experienced continuous, positive rent growth since 2010, with easy access from Palmetto Expressway and Hialeah Expressway.
