He has successfully represented Florida homeowners in property insurance litigation for more than 10 years. Aguirre has extensive experience handling litigation and trials in both state and federal courts. He is admitted to the Southern, Middle and Northern Federal Districts of Florida and is certified by the Florida Supreme Court in Circuit Civil Mediation and as a Qualified Arbitrator.
