This new Dollar Tree is located alongside Biscayne Boulevard; on the North-East end of Miami Shores. Biscayne Boulevard is highly trafficked and sees about 30,000 vehicles per day. Being a standalone location on this corridor provides excellent exposure for travelers going to North Miami, North Miami Beach, Aventura, and Sunny Isles. There is a new apartment and office building under construction just around the corner which speaks to the future development in this area.
