CBRE Senior Vice Presidents Tom O’Loughlin and Larry Genet, along with Associate Michael Oretsky, represented owners Redfearn Capital, Foundation Capital Partners and Wheelock Street Capital in a 14,946-square-foot lease deal with Innova Eco System at Pompano Beach Commerce Park, located at 1541 N Powerline Road in Pompano Beach, Florida.

Pompano Beach Commerce Park totals ±351,702 square feet and is situated on ±16.92 acres of prime I-1 zoned land. It offers 850 linear feet of frontage on Powerline Road. O’Loughlin and Genet negotiated the sale of the park to the current owners in November 2019 for $26 million. Stroupe Property Holdings and Superior Property Holdings, both managed by Alex Fryburg, Robert Fryburg and David Fryburg, sold the three warehouses.

Innova Eco System, a construction panel manufacturer, will occupy the remaining square feet in Building B, leaving only 30,458 square feet available in the park. That space, located in Building A features a ±2,042-square-foot office, 24’ clear ceiling height, 2 dock high doors and 2 drive-in doors.

O’Loughlin and Genet have more than thirteen and a half million square feet of product for lease or sale in South Florida and completed 150 transactions in 2019.
