The Lease Deal Brings Becknell’s 132,000 SF Industrial Building To 100% Occupied
CBRE Senior Vice Presidents Tom O’Loughlin and Larry Genet represented owner Becknell Industrial in a 55,897-square-foot lease deal with a Fortune 500 leader in the consumer and professional cleaning products industry at East Davie Commerce Center, located at 2405 College Avenue in Davie, Florida.
The deal closed April 29.
The lease deal brings the single-story Class A facility, which totals 131,572 square feet, to 100% occupied. XPO Logistics occupies 49,655 square feet in the building and Worldwide Metric occupies 26,020 square feet.

The 2018-built East Davie Commerce Center is situated on 10 acres located just two blocks south of Interstate 595 and just minutes from the Fort Lauderdale Airport and Port Everglades.
Jeff Hartsook of CRESA represented the tenant in the lease deal.
In another Becknell Industrial facility, located at 1570 SW 13th Court in Pompano Beach, 34,535 square feet remains available for lease.
O’Loughlin and Genet have more than thirteen and a half million square feet of product for lease or sale in South Florida and completed 150 transactions in 2019.
