Tamara Grossman has joined Yaffa Family Law Group as an associate attorney. Her family law and litigation experience will provide clients with guidance in handling their family law needs and add to the firm’s depth of services.

“Tamara brings with her a wealth of courtroom knowledge that is so vital in proceedings,” said Doreen Yaffa, the firm’s founder. “Like everyone at our firm, she treats each client with compassion and care while guiding them through the legal process.”

Grossman’s interest in family law dates to her internship at the New England Law Clinical Law Office in 2011. She represented individuals on matters such as child support, domestic violence and divorce. It continued that year when she served as a Middlesex Probate and Family Court law clerk.

Grossman was admitted to the Florida Bar in October 2012 and has practiced in South Florida since then. During her career, Grossman has been a partner in a multistate litigation law firm and, most recently, was an attorney at a Boca Raton family law firm.

“I have always had and still have a passion for helping people,” Grossman said. “For many, the court experience is emotionally difficult. I apply my litigation experience to ease that burden by producing a swift, equitable resolution to their matter.”

Grossman earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida where she was part of the mock trial law team and Alpha Chi Omega sorority and her law degree from the New England School of Law in Boston, where she was executive articles editor at the New England Journal of International and Comparative Law.

Grossman is a member of Palm Beach County BNI Profit Makers and Alphi Chi Omega Alumni Broward and Miami chapters. Grossman regularly donates supplies such as clothes and toiletries to Dress for Success and domestic violence shelters through her sorority alumni chapters.
