David Browne and David Schwartzberg have joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Director and Associate, respectively, and will expand the firm’s Office Tenant Representation group in Boca Raton, Florida.

We are also thrilled to add Schwartzberg to the team, who’s strong background in sales will make him an invaluable asset.”

Browne has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate representing large users of office space in lease transactions. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Browne was the founder and Managing Partner of Jackson Browne LLC, a boutique corporate user advisory services firm specializing in the acquisition, disposition and negotiation of office and industrial space.

Prior to Jackson Browne, LLC, David was the Corporate Managing Director and founding partner in the Julien J. Studley Florida office. He was ranked nationally among the firm’s top producers and worked on many high-profile assignments including transactions all over the state for Career Education Corporation.

Schwartzberg joins the firm from David Hyde Apparel LLC, where he was Chief Executive Officer. Previously, he was a salesperson at The Southwestern Company, where he was an independent contractor in direct sales of educational products.
