Kelley Kronenberg, an innovative, diverse business law firm, has hired Timothy D. Shields as its Director of Enterprise Applications & Integrations. The software professional and licensed attorney is tasked with enhancing systems and infrastructure to accommodate the firm’s continued growth.

Shields is responsible for the management and coordination of development, training, maintenance and integration activities for IT services and systems. He is also responsible for customer-developed applications to facilitate the business processes of the firm and improve the end-user experience.

Before joining Kelley Kronenberg, Shields spent the majority of his professional career at Nova Southeastern University (NSU). Most recently, he was Director of CRM Solutions, tasked with implementing a university-wide software solution to manage the recruitment and admissions process. While Shields worked as the Director of CRM Solutions at NSU, he decided to further his education by earning a law degree at NSU’s Shepard Broad College of Law, summa cum laude.

Shields has prestigious educational background, earning his Bachelor of Science degree, and Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Central Florida. He then went on to earn a Master’s in Computer Information Systems and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from NSU before receiving his J.D.

Additionally, Shields is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and holds advanced certifications in Lexis-Nexis, Westlaw, and is a Black Belt Lean SixSigma.
