Kelley Kronenberg Adds Three Attorneys to West Palm Beach Office

Samuel Goldberg, Sara Ptachik and Sam Shahidi join the firm in West Palm Beach

Kelley Kronenberg, a diverse business law firm, announces the addition of three new attorneys in the firm’s West Palm Beach office. Samuel R. Goldberg, Sara H. Ptachik and Sam Shahidi join the firm as Associates.

Goldberg handles matters related to General Liability Defense Litigation, First Party Property Insurance Litigation and Commercial Litigation. Before joining the firm, Goldberg was a Legal Intern at Dorot & Bensimon, where he gained experience assisting Holocaust survivors in an effort to obtain restitution for time spent in concentration camps and ghettos during World War II.

Goldberg earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida Atlantic University. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Board College of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Florida.

Ptachik focuses her practice on matters related to Workers’ Compensation. Previously, she gained experience as a Law Clerk at a Boca Raton-based firm where she assisted in Complex Commercial Litigation and Foreclosure cases. While attending law school, Ptachik served as a Judicial Intern for The Honorable Robin L. Rosenberg. She also acted as a JD Fellow for AmeriCorps Equal Justice Works where she assisted in the representation of military veterans.

She received her Bachelor of Music and Master of Music from Manhattan School of Music. Ptachik went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Florida.

Shahidi is joining the firm to handle matters related to First-and-Third Party Property Insurance Defense Litigation. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a Research Assistant at Florida International University College of Law to Professor J. Janewa Osei-Tutu. Shahidi also served as the Senior Editor for the African Journal of Legal Studies. Shahidi was also a member of FIU Law’s Moot Court team, most recently competing at the E. Earle Zehmer National Moot Court Competition.

Shahidi earned a bachelor’s degree in both English Literature and Political Science from Florida Atlantic University. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor degree from Florida International University. He is admitted to practice in Florida. Shahidi is also fluent in Farsi.
