Dolan Dobrinsky Rosenblum, LLP is pleased to announce that Eric Bluestein has become a name partner effective January 1, 2020 and has changed the firm’s name to Dolan Dobrinsky Rosenblum Bluestein, LLP “DDRB.”

“Eric has been an integral part of our firm since we started and given his accomplishments both in the courtroom and in our community, his new role strengthens our brand.” said co-founding partner Dan Dolan.

Bluestein concentrates his practice in personal injury, automobile accidents, medical malpractice, consumer fraud, premises liability, wrongful death litigation, insurance bad faith and commercial litigation. He has tried numerous cases and obtained verdicts and settlements which have resulted in millions of dollars for his clients.

Bluestein will serve as President Elect of the Miami-Dade Trial Lawyers Association for 2020-21 and is a Past President of the Dade County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section. He has been recognized by Florida Trend’s Magazine as a Florida Legal Elite Up and Comer annually since 2011 and has been honored as a Rising Star in Super Lawyers Magazine consecutively since 2013.

Bluestein was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He received his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. While attending the University of Miami, Eric received the CALI Excellence For The Future Award for having the highest grade in his Fourth Amendment Seminar class, and also the American Society of Law, Medicine & Ethics Award for finishing at the top of his Law & Medicine class. He received his undergraduate degree from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania, where he majored in English and minored in Business. During his senior year at Muhlenberg, Eric was named to the Who’s Who Among Students In American Universities & Colleges and received The George H. Hambrecht Law School Award, recognizing him as a student who had achieved outstanding grades in pre-law courses.
