Shapiro, Blasi, Wasserman & Hermann is pleased to announce that Bradley A. Singer has joined the firm as a Partner. Dedicated to fighting creditor injustice, Singer primarily focuses his practice on the representation of business creditors in commercial collection matters. This includes the collection of unpaid debts/accounts receivable and the enforcement of unsatisfied judgments and subrogation matters.

Throughout his nearly 20-year legal career, Singer has acquired extensive experience in commercial collection, as well as truck and marine cargo matters, representing motor carriers, insurers and logistics providers in motor truck and multimodal cargo loss and damage claims. He has handled freight and insurance coverage disputes nationwide. Additionally, he defends clients against personal injury claims arising from hospitality, premises and general liability.

Singer’s diverse background spans from solo work to Big Law and has covered multiple states. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Of Counsel for Lewis Brisbois and was the owner of the Singer Law Firm.

As a thought leader in his field, Singer holds memberships with the Commercial Law League of America and the International Association of Commercial Collectors, Inc. He is also a member of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association.

After receiving his bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Emory University, Singer earned his juris doctor from Boston College Law School. He is actively licensed to practice law in Florida, Georgia, Texas and Massachusetts.
